New Phone .... cool

Just bought a new phone last week to replace my Moto Q9h. I despise that phone. My advise; never buy a smart phone they're full of crap for a simple user. I only loved 2 phones in my life - among others that i owned. SonyEricsson and Nokia 3330 (only), that is until iPhone was born. The Nokia was my first phone ever and then moved to SE (forgot its model - fact that it was the smallest phone built by SE).. which i loved dearly until its demise.

Behold! After several frustrations and heartaches with my Moto Q9h i took on the advise of a good friend to go back to SonyEricsson. Indeed i did, and that phone is the SE G705. I'm not gonna explain all the detail specifications. You'll just have to survey it yourselves. I really wanted the iPhone but it is still a smartphone so that was out of the question. I was keen on its accelerometer so I found that SE had that function on some models including the one i bought. I also needed one with an aGPS (useful for traveling and getting around a foreign place). I went to qqestore .com and they're selling at BND $495.00 so i went around town and bought one for BND $480.00.. quite a bargain.

After using it for a week now.. i'm just happy now. But wait! What about my contacts? I have a Mac Mini - my Q9h is a WinMobile how do i transfer from Q9h to my new G705? I'll tell you about that in my next post ... to be continued.

Awaiting my SIGMA 55-200mm F4-5.6 DC HSM

Sorry folks. It's been a while for me to update here and stuff but just updating myself just today.

A few minutes ago of this writing, I have indulged myself into buying one SIGMA 55-200mm F4-5.6 DC HSM Telephoto lens for my beloved Nikon D40x. Currently the lens goes around (MSRP): USD $250.00. Well i went hunting for one on eBay and purchased for USD$144.00 plus shipping charges which altogether costs USD$ 174.90. Not bad since i knocked USD $75.10 off the retail price.

See PopPhoto.com as it has a good review on this lens. I was unsure if it would fit my camera. It is difficult to find a good lens from where I come from since HERE those things are considered professional products - they are rare. Alternatively, going to Singapore or purchasing it online (a little risky) are the only options to go.

For now, I'm just drooling and waiting for my lens to arrive. Wishing and Hoping and....

Acerbus: dark, gloomy, bitter.
Animus: soul, spirit, will, bravery.

So i was really going for "Bitter Soul". I could've gone for english straight but where's the fun in that eh?

My first startup blog for the year

It's been a long time since i haven't blogged. My previous blog i've decided to remove (kiwamura.blogspot.com).
